2 more Schenectady County residents die after coronavirus diagnosis

Two more residents of Schenectady County died after being diagnosed with the coronavirus, county officials announced Monday.

SCHENECTADY — Two residents of Schenectady County have died after testing positive for the coronavirus, the county announced Monday afternoon.

One of the men was in his 60s and the other was in his 70s.

The county’s death toll now stands at 155 people.

Word of the deaths come as the county announced that 12 people recently tested positive for the virus, bringing the county’s total diagnosed cases to 12,909. Currently, 153 county residents have the virus.
